Not the best, but not bad. The Uninvited [the remake] actually had some merit, but I sadly saw it before this. Still, this is much better, especially with the point/reminder it made about memory, and how the story reflected that.
The story was nicely fleshed out, although it takes some suspension of disbelief, and the characters weren't especially deep. That makes sense in part with the spoiler, but I won't elaborate on that, since it was most likely unintended.
