Review of A Summer Place (1959) by Jay M — 05 Sep 2008
Great flashback to former times. Sandra Dee plays this well while Arthur Kennedy, a face we all recognise but can never remember his name, is the solid father in a difficult situation. The decisions and direction of the film was considered radical at the time it was made.
Today, not so relevant, but still interesting.
