Review of A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) by Abdul-Aziz A — 18 Oct 2008
Brando gives on of the greatest performances cinema with his savage potrayal of a Kowalski. His unrefined emotions and short temperament cause tons of comotions whenever he's around. Leigh's pretensity is also one for the ages.
The movie moves a little to slow, but it allows time to study each character, flaws and all.
