Review of A Stranger's Heart (2007) by Michael L — 13 Feb 2009
After a heart transplant, a woman begins to experience emotions and memories of the donor. From these feelings and friendships she forms with other transplant recipients at the hospital, she slowly allows herself to be close again to other people.
A predictable and sappy movie for the sentimental and romantics. The drama does address intelligently the complexities of the organ donation process and how recipients cope with rebuilding their lives. Though I could not help thinking that more could have been done with the subject matter at hand.
