What can I say, it has been a long time since I saw a movie that wasn't related to any franchise that made me walk out saying, "wow, that was fantastic. I can't really name a movie of the past 8 years that has been this moving and fantastic.
Well paced, thought out, every moment is meaningful. Yes, it is a remake, but every version has aspired to be modern and new, and A Star Is Born 2018 is fresh and shows that Hollywood can on occasion have an old theme with fresh ideas.
Bradley Cooper, and Lady Gaga have fantastic chemistry from the moment they meet to almost an infectious level. Be sure to grab a couple napkins if you are the emotional type.
