The narrative was predictable and this is coming from someone who hasn't seen any of the previous versions of this film. However this is the only real glaring negative I can give this film as I found the acting, the music and directing to be terrific.
The path may have been familiar but the journey sure was entertaining with all the laughs and tears required.
