One of the most-underrated crime films of the Nineties. Less satirical than "Fargo" but with an equally strong cast and great atmosphere. Bridget Fonda (Come back to the movies, Bridget!) gives a borderline scary performance as a Lady Macbeth-type character; brave and creepy.
And anytime Gary Cole shows up in a movie, you know there's trouble ahead.
