The piling up twists are stirred, not shaken for whole storyline of A SIMPLE FAVOR, yet it’s additional entry for Feig’s good streak in comedy. No matter what sort of material he gets - spy, buddy cop, insecure bridesmaids, this Diabolique-ish, he makes those thoroughly pleasant.
