Racking on the audience's gag reflex more than our brains, A Serbian Film is awfully grisly and disturbing. Apparently there is a deeper message underneath all the torture-porn but most will have trouble (or lack the willpower) to find it.
It's an extreme film and much like the porn industry it meditates on, quite difficult to take seriously.
