This is a very disturbing but passionate film that really pushes the limits. Having worked many years in war zones I honestly don't feel that the this nightmarish depiction is dishonest. Human life is meaningless in many places in the world and degrading torturous sex the only turn on.
This film is reminiscent of Passolini's " Salo" but even more extreme. If you are not faint of heart and open minded this film is well worth seeing.
