Review of A Scanner Darkly (2006) by David B — 28 Mar 2011
Badly-scripted mess of an undercover DEA cop/double agent story with a few cool futuristic-techy ideas and visuals but mainly pointless paranoid dialogues and huge plot holes, with the usually charismatic Downey Jr.
giving one of the most annoying performances of all time, as does Harrelson, although thankfully his character has very little screen time.
