A slick and artfully done near-future science fiction movie about a twisty sting to catch an under cover drug ring that reveals the sinister reality that government's "war on drugs" is just too profitable to win.
Based on a novel by the brilliantly addled genius of Philip K. Dick. Fantastic casting too!
