Review of A Room with a View (1986) by Kate J — 04 Nov 2009
"There is one perfect view, and that is the sky over our heads.".
A Room with a View seems to be a metaphor for view of life.
I can not say it is not a very well done film, although I can not say I have fancy such Dutch films. It's very... melodramatic.
It has many art forms to it; baroque meets Monte.
I do believe it is a wonderful story, and it keeps me interested, but as they would say, 'I am rather bored of these things.' Yet it does a a wistful romance to it.
On the other hand, as you go on in the movie, it begins to have an opportunity to reach an interest with these characters.
