Review of A Room for Romeo Brass (1999) by John F — 12 Jun 2007
A personal favourite of mine. Captures childhood friendship in a realistic, funny and at times uncomfortable way. Brilliant performances from all concerned, especially Paddy Considine - funny and scarilly unhinged in equal measures.
Liked the documentary style in which it was shot, with ad-libbed dialogue making scenes seem very realistic. Definitely worth checking out.
