Review of A Raisin in the Sun (2008) by M W — 30 Jun 2009
A made for TV movie based on a play. In fact, no screen play was ever written. This movie is basically a play (from an actual teleplay script) that has different angles - in more ways than one: the acting.
My goodness. P. Diddy isn't my favorite artist but his ability to act? Totally predictable and marginally believable. In fact, the only one in this movie is none other then Phylicia Rashad from The Cosby Show.
You might enjoy this film if you like plays, but I don't know if I can say that because I personally enjoy theater. Replay Value: 1.
