Review of A Quiet Place (2018) by Adrian D — 20 Apr 2018
Typically I do not like movies that fail the must-make-sense test, but this one is an exception. From the opening scene I was hooked, right up to the somewhat disappointing and abrupt ending. Would have been 5 stars if they would have deleted the whole pregnancy.
The fact that this family was able to survive so long was because discipline was absolutely essential, as demonstrated by the tragic beginning, but then she gets pregnant.
