Review of A Quiet Place (2018) by Edmund S — 19 Nov 2018

As only my second horror film, I was nervous that it would keep me up at night but through the amazing story and acting it brings scares and heart. I loved this film because every performance was on point and the visuals were great.

There are a lot of jump scares at the beginning but as the film goes on it focuses more on the tension between the monsters and the family. I am looking forward to the sequel and wondering if it could even be a prequel explaining how this apocalyptic world came to be.
