Review of A Quiet Place (2016) by Timothy R — 25 Apr 2018

If you turn your brain on at all suddenly the plot stops making sense at every turn. Condoms and birth control in the town during the first scene. Not taking the kid away from the noisy toy. No one nails a floor like that upward.

Why don't they live at the river if it hides their noises? They have a secret basement room where they can't be heard but they don't live there. Slams hand on the glass for a cheap jump scare even though it would make the aliens/monsters/whatever come.

This wasn't a good movie people. Time to get over it.
