Most OVERRATED movie so far on here.
Forgettable. A pointless waste of time.
Not spectacular camera work, sound editing particularly volume WAY OFF, and the script has so many loopholes and things that just dont' happen in the real world this story is ridiculous. Sure fantasy is fun, but the realistic parts of life should still be there like if you're squirting lighter fluid into a fire you don't stand close to the fire or YOU will catch on fire, fireworks can't last long enough for a woman to give birth, and if you fall into a silo of corn you won't sink.
So the monsters can hear everything and catch anything, but they can't hear a kid running through crops or catch him? WTF?! The monsters are a rip off of Aliens, Resident Evil, and not original.
This is NOWHERE near the high ratings it has as it IS NOT A CLASSIC like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and others.
RIDICULOUS script, stupid movie. Maybe "different" but not by much and definitely not different in quality in fact it's less than average quality.
