Review of A Quiet Passion (2016) by Phil M — 14 May 2017
I must have seen a different movie because I couldn't wait to escape this film that portrayed Dickinson as a pleasureless individual. Some of the roles were more wooden than the coffins that come in and out of shots, and like the bodies inside, the film decomposed in slow motion.
I should have read ED's poetry instead of losing time watching this.
