Cynthia Nixon delivers an outstanding performance in this biopic of poet Emily Dickinson. Director Terence Davies is flawless in his presentation of her, she is given to us without judgment. Dickinson is smart, progressive and a dynamic wordsmith but also can be condescending and cruel.

.....but authentic. That is what we admire about this legend. This is why you will admire this film. Thumbs up.
