Worst movie of 2006. This slow, plodding movie isn't slow, it doesn't move. Basically, the APHC is based on the radio show, however nothing happens in the movie expect the very drawn out and boring radio performance .

Not only that, but It's not funny and it's drama moments are incredibly contrived. Added to the fact that all the characters are incredibly irritating and dull, it makes for a bad movie. Unless you're 60 or older, and enjoy country music and old radio shows, AVOID THIS MOVIE.

I know I sound harsh, but this really sucks. I like arty films which try to be touching, but I really, really have no idea what the critics are talking about this movie.
