Review of A Passage to India (1984) by Jennifer B — 01 Mar 2010
Starts out like an interesting journey and becomes a jury trial. I thought it had an important message in portraying the injustices of the British invading India and portraying pompous upper class attitudes, but I did not like how idiotic the whole trial was and that the woman simply became disillusion and seemed to continue to be so.
Oscar win best supporting actress Dame Peggy Ashcroft.
