Review of À Nous la Liberté (1931) by Mike M — 28 Jul 2007
Fun set design includes giant, clearly hand-pulled ticker tapes, although the comedy taking place in front of them now looks charmingly primitive, not to mention downright eccentric, with several grizzled/gurning faces who seem to have wandered in from an adjacent silent film set, and others who keep bursting into song.
