Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child (1989) by Wesley G — 10 Nov 2008
So we get more background history on Freddy, and find out that he's scared of his mother. The concept of him coming out in the dreams of Alice's unborn child was creative, but the story was flat.
Funny how when Freddy dies, the souls of his victims pull out from his body in weird twisted forms. What I really hate is when a character discovers their imagination can be used to fight back against Freddy in the dreamworld, they are easily discarded.
