Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988) by Will L — 23 Aug 2015
While the effects are some of the best of the franchise, and some of the camerawork is pretty impressive, these are expected to take the place of any and all character development or compelling performances.
They do not, and they never will. This was where the franchise got silly and began to nosedive. Naming the dog Jason was pretty clever, though.
