Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master (1988) by Lariste K — 02 Jul 2017
Unfortunately, this is another 80's "horror" film in which the most recognisable cast member is entirely hidden under layers of plastic and the rest of the youngish cast have as much depth as extras from a TV commercial or music video.
Surprising and imaginative visual effects though, and the use of stylized lighting, dutch angles and very set based, campy visual production give the film's production stills an appeal that the actual movie lacks.
