Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) by Matthew L — 05 Nov 2009
In my opinion the best sequel to Nightmare on Elm Street. Heather Langenkamp reprises her role as Nancy from the first movie. There are teens in peril in mental asylum, adults including Pricilla Pointer and Laurence Fishbourne are clueless, but the children know the game.
Patricia Arquette stars as the main teen and others include Jennifer Rubin and Rodney Eastman. Graig Wasson is ok as the doctor, who must sacrifice his ideals for the dream reality. John Saxon has nice small role as Nancy's troubled father.
Robert Englund shines as one of the most disturbing villains of the 20th century Freddy Krueger.
