Review of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987) by Lady D — 31 Dec 2009
As the series now grows on, these films get a little cheesier. But I liked that they bridged on the story from the first film instead of forgetting about it like the second film did, primarily because Wes Craven had rejoined the team and co-wrote the script.
Heather Langenkamp reprises her role as Nancy and her father from the first film also appears in this. Some great death scenes and effects for it's time. The film had a good ending, although it wasn't necessary to kill off Nancy.
The best thing to come out of this film was the music video by Dokken for the song 'Dream Warriors'.
