Only gets half-a-star more than Zombie's Halloween remake because any film should get half-a-star more than Zombie's "efforts". This is purely and simply an awful movie. Offensive to fans of the original series, and a slap in the face to a new generation of horror-philes.
Sadly, Jackie Earl Haley is dreadful as Krueger, and the rest of the cast is made up of the most forgettable stock dweebs imaginable. And what's worse: it's boring.
