A Nightmare on Elm Street is a unique and intelligent horror film about Freddy Krueger who terrorizes kids in there nightmares. The scariest premise of the movie is that if you die in the nightmare, you die in reality.
This movie has likable characters, good acting and a memorable killer. The dream sequences are creative and had good effects for the time. Overall, this is a classic horror film filled with creativity and creepy imagery.
