Not your usual teen comedy, but still pretty good! The plot didn't seem too strong, but I thought the ending suited the film really well.
The character of Jimmy Reardon wouldn't be that likeable if River Phoenix didn't bring a sense of charm to him. Basically, Jimmy tries to prove to Lisa (the girl he supposedly loves) that he's worth it, but in the mean time sleeps with every other girl in town! A little strange, but this film does have its funny moments.
"I don't feel like jack the ripper today".
"And I have one thing to say, Fuck you all, you all".
"worry".
Not a bad watch (:
