Review of A Most Violent Year (2014) by Scottie T — 15 Feb 2015
This is a very well made movie. Great actors. Great storyline. It keeps your attention throughout, but my main complaint is that you keep thinking something big is going to happen, and it never does. With a title like, Most Violent Year, you expect more violence.
It did not live up to its title. I was expecting Godfather or The Departed type stuff here because it felt like one of those but it disappointed.
