Review of A Mighty Heart (2007) by Eddie G — 29 Aug 2009
As if we needed more proof that Angelina Jolie is a friggin' amazing actress! This is an exceptional film about a horrible event and even though everyone knows how it turns out the film still manages to keep you on the edge of your seat.
Right from the beginning you are sucked into the life of Mariane Pearl and I swear within minutes you forget your watching Angelina and could swear she is Mariane Pearl. She's beautiful of course, but different. Hard to explain -- she just transforms into Pearl.
A little hard to follow because of the Middle Eastern accents, but you get the main idea. It's worthwhile to learn about this event from Pearl's perspective.
