Review of A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy (1982) by John G — 19 Jul 2008
A minor Allen work that serves to bridge his early 1970s comedies and his early 2000s "Woody does a genre piece as only he can" films. That is to say - ambitious it is not, but Woody Allen making a small pleasant picture is better than ninety percent of what is released in any given season.
