Review of A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy (1982) by Xgary X — 27 Mar 2007
An enjoyably light comic homage to Shakespearian comedy, complete with an ensemble cast and many farcical misunderstandings. One of Allen's more pleasing and watchable offerings, more upbeat and less self absorbed.
Jose Ferrer is great as the pompous Leopold.
