Review of A Man for All Seasons (1966) by Bahareh B — 01 Jul 2007
It's not a movie about religion. Robert Bolt was an agnostic and socialist, but he admired More's principled stand, and that's what this movie is about, a man standing for what he believes and not giving in even for King Henry Tudor himself.
Fantastically acted and written, with many quite wittily scripted exchanges.
