Review of A Man for All Seasons (1966) by Neville F — 21 Sep 2007
Robert Boult's script and Paul Schofield's Thomas More make this one of the greatest film versions of a play ever made. Time after time the lines hit home, from More's genius, to his wife's homespun wisdom, to Norfolk's blunt pragmatism.
If it doesn't make you think, you clearly don't think.
