Review of A Man for All Seasons (1966) by Gino C — 31 Jan 2009
This is an amazing and moving film and the only reason it's not way up there is that I didn't see it as a kid, so I was never obsessed withe film. But it stars one of my favorite character actors, Paul Scofield, who never turned in a bad performance in my mind (He singlehandedly made Quiz Show bearable) in a story about what it is to be a true Man of Faith.
This was made at a time when Hollywood still revered people of God.
