Review of A Man for All Seasons (1966) by Chris G — 14 Jul 2009
Fantastic film version of the stage play. Henry VIII is played with spectacular craziness by Robert Shaw. Paul Scofield is breathtaking as Sir Thomas Moore. The acting makes this movie, but the story, based on fact, is just as great.
Well deserving of the Academy Award for Best Picture for 1966.
