Review of A Lot Like Love (2005) by Charlene E — 24 Apr 2009
Maybe I have low expectations for Ashton Kutcher, but I feel like I am pleasantly surprised every time I watch him in a film. This was just a time passer movie for me, but I loved both him and Amanda Peet in this movie and really enjoyed the film a lot.
Cute, simple, yet moving romantic story line, and you have to love any movie where one of the climaxing moments is the lead actor singing his heart out to a Bon Jovi power ballad. A Lot Like Love is a lot of fun, and worth a watch for sure.
I enjoyed it at least 5 to 10 times as much as I expected, and I'd definitely see it again.
