Review of A Hijacking (2012) by Paul L — 29 Sep 2013
More slow burning drama than thriller, and a damn fine one at that. Think Das Boot and you're close. The improvised dialogue creates an almost unbearable sense of dread, as does the lack of any soundtrack.
A superior film about ordinary men in an extraordinary situation that you should see before it is hijacked by the Tom Hanks "Hollywood" equivalent.
