Review of A Haunted House 2 (2014) by Chok S — 16 Aug 2014

Marlon Wayans is back in another comedy sequel that spares no movies from The Conjuring, Sinister, Paranormal Activity, The Exorcist, etc. The film is what you would expect from the first film, a same proudly offensive, vulgar, racist, dirty comedy and nothing more.

Some parts that I still find it funny was always the Anabelle spoof scenes which had me chuckle from time to times from its weird and over the top humors. But the main problem of the movie is still how long they took to play the joke that's just lame and still seem so proud thinking that it's funny but it's not, and still keep on trying harder to make it funny but it just getting more stupid and that's just really annoying and irritating to watch and keep you thinking.

.can't they just move on or something!? This had been the problem since the first film and the worse thing is there are more stuff like this in this one. Overall, there's still some FUN and enough jokes (mostly hit and miss ones) to probably enjoy with some energetic performance making it another typical parody film to have fun with if you have nothing else better to watch [C+].
