Review of A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night (2014) by Justin A — 28 Jan 2016
While I can appreciate the slow pace and scene building, the movie could have used ten to fifteen minutes shaved off. Some of the shots are great and I loved the soundtrack, but it's really not quite as original as it's touted for being.
Everything about the movie is still at the service of a pretty formulaic vampire romance. Still, it's entertaining and is worth checking out, but it's no Let the Right One In.
