Review of A Ghost Story (2017) by Stephen G — 09 Jul 2017

I'm a big fan of obscure, advant-garde cinema that makes me feel and think about a film well beyond the ending. Unfortunately, A Ghost Story failed miserably at this. While it was risky and daring in its methodology of telling a love story, it's underlying plot was terribly thin, predictable and slow.

I personally believe that a movie at its core should be fundamentally entertaining, otherwise, why do I care to watch it. Save perhaps two scenes, this movie greatly failed to entertain any bone in my body and left me dead with disappointment.
