Kevin Kiline is absolutely hilarious as Otto. When his character isn't present, you keep wanting him back. But don't worry: Kevin Kline is in the movie very often, and it is well worth seeing just for him.
(Kline won the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for his performance.).
