This movie shows why Nicholson is one of my favorite actors and, yea, Moore and Cruise definitely stand out as well. Kevin Bacon gives a great performance, I mean, it's very hard not to like this movie.
In my opinion the court room scene, the exchange between Nicholson and Cruise is one of the best moments of acting that you will find in the past century. Nicholson's intensity and brash ego is very believable.
The music is corny and the movie isn't the best shot film there is, but the acting more than makes up for it.
