One of my favorite movies ever! And just to add a quick correction to the film synopsis, the movie takes place largely in Botswana (which the Kalahari covers over 80% of)--you just can't get to the coast of Namibia from Zimbabwe without crossing Botswana!
Anyway, excellent adventure movie for the whole family. I loved it when it came out and love it still. Highly recommend!
