I read the book after the sudden, and tragic loss of a pet very near and dear to my heart. Nothing will ever take that pain away, but this story helped to fill the void left in my heart and gave me hope.

Now the film is out and is without question the one film that I absolutely HAD to go see as soon as it came out. If you've ever owned a dog, and especially if you've ever lost a dog, you HAVE to see this film.

You never know, those deep and soulful eyes you're looking into right now just may be someone you already know.
