Review of A Dog's Purpose (2017) by Matt A — 04 May 2017
Wouldn't of been so bad if the trailer hadn't shown you the entire film! I hate it when trailers do that! There is literally nothing new to show then what you see in that one trailer. There's a few bits of backstory which feels contrived and the acting and dialogue all feels forced.
When it goes for the heartstrings it completely fails as it becomes too cheesy. Stick with the superior Marley and Me. It's a much better film.
